How Long Does Delivery Take?
- UK STANDARD 2-4 WORKING DAYS*
- UK EXPRESS 1-3 WORKING DAYS*
- EU STANDARD: 2-11 WORKING DAYS*
- EU EXPRESS: 2-7 WORKING DAYS*
- INTERNATIONAL STANDARD: 2-17 WORKING DAYS*
- INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS: 2-11 WORKING DAYS*
*(unless the order was placed on a Saturday or a bank holiday).
Orders placed after 5:30PM UK will be shipped the following business day. Tracking will be automatically updated (and you'll be notified of despatch if it was selected during checkout.)

Do You Accept Returns?

Please Note: Services purchased through the website cannot be refunded once started. Please contact us right away if you wish to refund a service which is yet to take place.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept all major payment methods, as well as Klarna and Clearpay.
Can I Cancel My Order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible requesting to, as we can cancel it if it is yet to be dispatched. (This Excludes services which are yet to be undertaken.)

All cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee which consists of all payment fees associated with making the purchase i.e. currency conversion, taxes etc. which cannot be refunded. All remaining funds will be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with the cancelling goods act (here), we are entitled to claim back any losses made due to direct cause of cancellation. The fee will vary depending on the payment processor used:
